The Sensu, or Japanese fan, and the silent sauna are two different things, but in certain aspects similarities can be discovered between them.
When using Sensu, the fan moves the air and creates a pleasant warm feeling.
Sensu allows guests to linger and focus on moving the fan. This can provide a meditative experience, similar to when guests relax and unwind in the quiet environment after a sauna session. From time to time, we put a delicate essential oil on the stove of the quiet sauna to help complete relaxation.
