I. General regulations: for the guests of the spa
1. The services of the thermal bath and spa may only be used by respecting the house rules. Guests who do not respect these rules may be refused services by the management and the employees of the bath. Persons using the services agree to their personal data being used by the spa operator if failing to respect the house rules.
2. It is the duty of the manager and the staff of the spa to ensure that professional and polite service is provided for the guests. They shall make sure that rules regarding health safety, accident protection, personal and property protection, as well as authority and other regulations are obeyed. Its is their responsibility to ensure that both personal and material conditions of safe operation regarding health, work and fire safety, continue to be guaranteed. To this end, the operating company must eliminate all probable dangers out of turn, or shut down their location from the guests. The instructions for avoiding dangerous situations must be respected by the guests as well as the operating company.
3. Guests have the right to express their comments about the manner and the quality of the service or about the performer of the service in oral or written form.
4. The operator of the bath must ensure that:
• the water in the pools meets the required quality standard and the pools, changing rooms and other areas of the spa are cleaned.
• pools with fill-empty system are emptied out daily and their water exchanged completely.
• in pools operating with filter rotators the filtered water returning to the pools meet the quality standard of drinking water with regards to transparency and sterility.
• the pools are cleaned and disinfected after having been emptied daily and all bath premises are cleaned and disinfected after closing time.
• water temperature is constant in the pools. To this end, control measurements are to be carried out at the pools every three hours.
5. Service charge is included in the price of the service, therefore employees of the spa must not demand any other remuneration.
6. The services are available to guests in order of arrival. Exempt are pregnant mothers, the blind and visually impaired, and the physically disabled.
7. Entering the areas of the spa (pool area, sauna or outdoor areas), and using the various professional and additional services is only permitted if you are in possession of a valid date-stamped ticket or a season ticket.
8. All visitors may use the spa and its services at their own risk.
9. Bathing and other professional services may only be performed by qualified staff.
10. Persons with infectious or skin diseases are not allowed to use the spa. Injured body parts are not allowed in the pools. The designated common bath cabins (steam room, saunas) may simultaneously be used – in bathing suits – by male and female guests, except for the times given by the spa when nude sauna is possible.
11. Persons under the influence of alcohol may not enter the spa areas, they shall be refused all services by the staff of the spa.
12. The spa operates an entry control system, visitors are obliged to act according to the relevant instructions.
13. The sauna garden may be used with an supplementary single ticket or season ticket in addition to a valid spa ticket..
14. The fittings and equipments of the spa must be taken care of! The operating company may demand compensation for any damage caused intentionally or negligently.
15. Swimming pools with water deeper than 120 cm are to be operated under the supervision of a qualified lifeguard. Two pools may simultaneously be supervised by one lifeguard only if their combined water surface does not exceed 1000 m2, the distance between them is not more than 5 m and their surfaces can be monitored without difficulty. Pools with water deeper than 140 cm must have a sign indicating deep water (e.g. 180 cm Deep water! Swimmers only!). Such deep-water pools must be equipped with the necessary tools of rescue (rescue rod, lifebuoy, lifeline).
16. In order to comply with health and authority regulations and to ensure the peaceful relaxation of the guests it is PROHIBITED to:
- smoke, litter and play games of chance in the entire territory of the spa
- use the common pools without first taking a shower or foot bath
- eat in the pools, contaminate the water in any way, jump into the pools
- take fragile objects (glasses, etc.), diving equipment, balls or anything which might cause accident or injury into the pools
- throw away food remains, cigarette butts, glasses and other rubbish in the territory of the spa
- make noise, switch on radios, music players etc. in the pool area
- enter the unisex changing rooms and sundecks if you are of the opposite sex
- take animals into the territory of the spa
- behave in a way which is offensive to the public moral code and order and the rules of coexistence
Guests may use the adventure elements of the spa at their own risk.
The operator of the spa reserves the right to CONTROL the functioning of the adventure elements freely!

Our chlorine-free thermal bath provides you with the following adventure elements:
Lazy river ride, lying massage, geysers, water spitters, massage jets, waterfall, cave and water slide.
The operator of the spa reserves the right to control the functioning of the adventure elements freely!
II. Operation times, ticketing:
1. The opening hours of the individual sections of the spa are to be displayed in a clearly visible place.
2. The ticket office closes 1.5 hours before the closing time of the spa.
3. In the case of group visits, the group leader is responsible for purchasing tickets and for group members.
4. The management of the spa may modify the opening hours in special cases (technical failure, water shortage, etc.), which must be displayed at the ticket office.
5. The prices of the spa must be displayed at the ticket office in a clearly visible place. Price changes must be indicated on the list of prices at all times.
6. Tickets purchased at the spa ticket office are to be used for entry only to those department/sections and for those services which the tickets are valid for. Single tickets or season tickets are valid only at the place and with the date of purchase on that particular day. The tickets issued are non-returnable.
7. Money change is possible only at the reception.
8. Children’s tickets may be issued only for children from 3 to 6 years old. Children under 6 years may use the spa only if accompanied by an adult who is obliged to credibly prove the child’s age upon request. Children under 6 years may enter the sauna only with a doctor’s permit and accompanied by an adult.
III. Guests’ comments, book of complaints:
1. The guests have the right to make a complaint about the manner, quality of the services or the conduct of the staff and write it into the Book of Complaints located at the ticket office.
2. The management of the spa is obliged to reply in oral or written form to all complaints which are written legibly and supplied with an address.
3. Staff trained in first-aid is available during opening hours to provide assistance in any case of injury, malaise.
4. A report must be written to record any injury, accident or damage affecting a guest.
IV. Safety of valuables:
1. Please keep your money, jewellery and other valuables, car keys, etc. in the safety deposit! The operating company assumes responsibility exclusively for objects stored there.
2. In the summer season (1 June – 31 August) visitors without an admission ticket including the use of a clothes locker may take their clothes (shoes, too) into the territory of the spa only in closed bags.
3. The spa takes no responsibility for the damages resulting from the loss of items left unattended in the territory of the spa (including items left in the corridors, waiting areas, on racks).
4. Lost items found by the guests may be returned to the cloakroom along with a registration entry in the "Book of Lost and Found Items".
V. Order of the swimming pool:
1. It is obligatory to take a shower, foot bath before entering the pool area.
2. It is forbidden to use soap and other body-cleaning agents in the pools!
3. Deep-water pools are for swimmers only. Others are obliged to wear necessary gear and must be acompanied by an adult with swimming skills.
4. All guests may use the spa and its services - in particular the deep-water parts of the swimming pools – at their own risk.
5. All guests are obliged to wear bathing caps in pools with signs giving a warning about that.
6. The supervision of safety in the swimming pools, the cleanness of the water and the pool area, the readiness of rescue equipment, the contents of the first-aid kits along with calling a doctor to help persons rescued from the pools - even if the rescue was carried out smoothly and the person apparently feels well – are the responsibility of the lifeguards.
7. Borrowing (e.g. bathing caps) may take place only with a borrower’s ticket purchased at the ticket office and after paying a fee. Items may be borrowed only for one day.
8. Organized swimming training may take place only with the approval of the manager of the swimming pool and after signing a contract with the operating company and in compliance with the house rules.
9. Children under 14 years may use the medicinal pool only with prescription from a doctor, irrespective of its purpose.
10. The recommended length of stay in the medical water applies to healthy persons. You should exceed that time limit only at your own risk. The recommended length of stay is displayed on the warning signs by the pools.
11. The water slides are only for use by persons whose age or height corresponds to the values displayed at the starting sections of the slides.
12. The water slides must not be used by persons with reduced vision, dizziness, persons without swimming skills and persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
13. Requirements relating to age or height must be respected.
14. Guests who wish to use the tracks must be informed about the dangers of their use, and also about how to use them properly.
15. The staff supervises the use of the tracks, provides training for the users, eliminates all risks posing a threat to the uninterrupted use of the tracks, makes sure that the water arrival area is free at all times.
16. The staff provides assistance for any injured persons, or for those in need of assistance and if necessary, stops the water supply.
17. The staff detects the changes occurring in the technical state of the tracks and takes steps to repair any incidental failures.
VI. Miscellaneous regulations:
1. All guests are obliged to respect the regulations of the house rules. Persons who violate the regulations or do not comply after being warned, may be refused services
2. Persons who violate the house rules, disturb the order of the spa or the relaxation of the guests but their action cannot be regarded as an offence, must be expelled from the territory of the spa and banned from using its services! In such a situation an official person may be requested to act.
3. Members of the spa’s administrative staff (facility manager, deputy facility manager, lifeguard etc.) are to be regarded as official persons and are entitled to the protection rights of official persons.
4. The house rules must be displayed in a clearly visible place.
5. The manager of the spa is responsible for keeping and enforcing the House Rules.
